Where do they come from?

The power of crystals has been used for 1000s of years. Their different healing qualities depend on their composition. Crystals can hold, transmit and amplify energy depending on how you use it. Because of this they are able to help direct and influence your energy patterns. Using these stones with the 7 chakra points on the midline of the body assist in energy healing.

With crystals having their own individual healing properties/vibration they are able to work with your electromagnetic field, assist in releasing negative energy and providing their healing qualities to your aura. Negative or stagnant energy can affect your life in a number of ways but the most common symptom is a feeling of stuckness. That is why when you feel drawn to a specific crystal it is because your energy is asking for that support.

You can feel the need for a shift. That nagging feeling like something is blocking you but you can’t quite put your finger on it. Trying to rationally tap into what is blocking you isn’t working. Time to get out of your head and into your energy.

What a session looks like:

It is a 45 min session via video chat.

You don’t need to explain why you are seeking my support, we just dive in and let the energy do the talking.

1.) Guided meditation

I take you on a guided meditation to allow you to relax and create flow. Then while you continue to meditate I listen to what your energy is asking for and create a customized grid out of crystals to help support you in the best way possible. As I continue to read your energy I will talk to you and guide your meditation and attention to areas of energetic support and opening.

2.) Oracle cards

At the end of the meditation I pull one oracle card to help summarize what I have found. Then we get to chat! I explain what I have found, the feelings that came up for me and any images that appeared during our session.

3.) Crystals

Crystals have their own individual meanings and support. Using them allows me to create a map of where you need support and why. After our session I send you photos of your custom grid and a detailed message outlining what chakras were in need of support, what crystals were used and their meanings and any additional information that needs to be shared.

I always follow-up 4-5 days after the session to see how things have settled as it usually takes a few days for it all to really shift and sink in.
